الفكرة هي الوصول إلى Nude Skin Feel: إحساس خفيف جدًا وقريب من البشرة الطبيعية، مع Dry Touch، Matt Finish وFast Absorbency وتقليل الـresidue.

وفي تقييم dsm-firmenich لإحدى تركيبات SPF 50+، أظهرت المادة امتصاصًا سريعًا جدًا، انخفاضًا في الـgloss، وانخفاضًا شديدًا في الـgreasiness والـstickiness والـresidue، مع إحساس خفيف يكاد لا يُلاحظ على البشرة.

VALVANCE® Touch 210 is well dispersible in water and compatible with oils. It can be added at the end of the emulsification process, while in other formulation types it may be incorporated below 90°C. The material is also described as not being sensitive to pH.
